You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled, but you may return them upon receipt following our standard return procedure.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or are missing parts will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned items only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For products purchased during promotional periods, only the actual amount paid will be refunded.
If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment processor, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately with your order details and proof of return shipment.
We will investigate the matter and work with the relevant financial institutions to resolve any issues. In cases where the refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method at our discretion.
